Douglas County Historical Society is pleased to announce the 2026 History Classic, a Golf Tournament and Fundraiser for DCHS.  On Thursday,  September 3rd, starting at noon with a shotgun start, teams will have the opportunity to play 18 holes of golf at the award-winning Nemadji Golf Course in Superior while competing for great prizes.  After the tournament, teams will meet at the clubhouse for a social hour, raffle drawings, a cash bar, and a taco buffet.

$400 per team of four players or $100 per person:

18 holes – 2 Carts – Social Hour – Taco Buffet After Party

Prizes:

1st Place – $600

2nd Place – $300

Random Team – $150

A hole-in-one contest and 50/50 Raffle will also be available

All proceeds will go to the Douglas County Historical Society and our mission of :
“Preserving the History of Douglas County and sharing our stories”.

Platinum – $6000

• One Team registration

Silver – $1000

• One Team registration
• recognition both prior to and during event by DCHS

Bronze – $500

• recognition both prior to and during event by DCHS
